Our History
The ONIX Group was established in 1987 for the purpose of owning, developing and operating various real estate investments principally for its own account – while also providing management and consulting services to others.
The organization’s principal business interests are Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate Development and Healthcare.
Headquartered in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, the ONIX Group has grown its collection of business ventures to includes operations across the Mid-Atlantic Region as well as Florida.
The organization operates eight hotels under the major hospitality franchises – including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt and Choice – and has three more hotels currently under development.
The ONIX Group currently manages a diverse collection of commercial real estate, including commercial shopping centers, office buildings, retail pad sites and residential properties.
Additionally, the portfolio of owner-operated real estate in healthcare includes addiction treatment, sub-acute care facilities with specialties in rehabilitation and dialysis, as well as a mobile x-ray units and medical office spaces.
